This tutorial shows the guidelines for DTN networks. DTN stands for Delay Tolerant Networks. They were firstly developed to solve some big constrains about IPN (Inter Planetary Networking) but they can be extremely useful for connectivity in developing regions where you do have intermitting and non reliable connections. In facts the big issue DTN is dealing with is a new network layer (called Bundle layer) which will give us the opportunity of networking over lower OSI levels working intermittently.
