The 802.11 wireless standards set is candidated to be one of the most disruptive tecnology in the next few years.
As the computer revolution before and the Internet after, have been changing the face of computing and communication over the planet, now we face this great revolution. It's not just a matter of not having wires that are going from our pc or laptop to the plugs in the walls, wireless is the next chance to reduce at the historycal minimum the cost of the telcommunication infrastructures. And for our ICT group at engineering without frontiers this is a big issue.
